Insurance plans vary greatly from one company to another and from one employer to another. There may be a deductible amount charged for each member of your family at the beginning of each year of coverage. There is often a maximum yearly coverage limit as well. Some plans cover a dentist’s fee schedule (approved by our dentists’ association). Your employer or insurer will have given you a booklet describing terms of your plan.
